Ordering

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

In some cases, an order can be changed after it's been submitted. Call Xerox Direct at 866-719-4863 and select option "3" to speak with a representative.

When will my credit card be charged?

First, we'll get an authorization and hold the funds on your card. You will then see the actual charge on your card approximately 1–2 days after your order ships.

How can I check my order status?

If you are signed in, your recent orders will be displayed in Your Xerox Direct side bar on the right side of the page. If you are not signed in, you can check your order status by entering your order number and email address.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed for in-stock items will generally ship the same business day if placed prior to 5:00 PM Eastern time. Delivery timeframe depends on the shipment method chosen. There are three shipping choices:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days
  • Second-Day Air Shipping: 2 business days
  • Overnight Air Shipping: 1 business day

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are by air only, and may take up to one extra business day. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers and orders may be split to expedite delivery. There is no increase in the shipping and handling charge for a split shipment.

Please expect to receive refurbished quipment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and the value of your order. Items ordered may be split into different shipments to expedite delivery. Split shipments do not result in additional costs.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive a shipment confirmation in email. Be sure to save this email for your records, as it will include your order number, order details, and shipment tracking information.

How do I track the shipping status of an order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation. This shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your shipment.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, please refuse the product upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, the damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Xerox Direct (866-719-4863) immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Xerox to file a damage claim.

What if I need to return something in my order?

At Xerox, we value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. Under our return policy, products purchased at Xerox Direct that are unopened and undamaged may be returned for credit within 30 calendar days from original invoice date for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees of up to fifteen (15) percent. Refused shipments of valid orders may also be subject to restocking fees.

Sign in to your account to view your order history.

How do I access my company's unique store?

Please log in using our custom stores portal (also located under Your Xerox Direct).

I think I have multiple accounts with Xerox, how do I know which one to use?

For customers who have always shopped with Xerox Direct, please use your Xerox Direct account. If you've previously shopped at Xerox.com, please use that account. You may login for either account under Your Xerox Direct. If you have a custom store, login via the custom store portal.

How do I get a custom store for my company?
